How AcreageWell works
AcreageWell is a referral service, not a well drilling company. When you call, we connect you with an independent, Water Security Agency–registered drilling contractor serving your area. We do not perform the work ourselves.
When you call the number on a community page, your call is forwarded to an independent drilling contractor who serves that area and whose rig is registered with the provincial regulator. Well drillers travel — a rig routinely covers a wide region — so if your community doesn't have a driller advertising locally, we forward the call to the nearest registered operator who covers it.
We don't charge you to call, we don't perform the work, and we don't publish reviews or ratings we haven't earned. The credential that matters is on your province's registered-driller list, and you can always ask the operator for it directly.
